What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout performed on a specialised machine called a reformer. Using springs for resistance and support, the reformer helps you build strength, improve mobility, enhance posture and develop better body awareness through controlled, purposeful movement.

Suitable for all fitness levels, Reformer Pilates can be adapted to challenge experienced movers or support those who are new to exercise, recovering from injury, chronic pain or looking for a gentler approach to movement.
